Services & Repair

Not every store has a laser machine…Artisan Jewelers does! Unlike a torch, which can be harmful to fragile stones, a laser machine joins two metals together not using heat, rather a focused light beam that melts a very small area of metal. The benefit is there is VERY LITTLE heat generated at the melt point, allowing our Jeweler, Steve, to weld within 0.5 to 1.0mm of heat sensitive areas. On most all items, you will not be able to tell where a piece of jewelry has been laser repaired. Laser welding is the ONLY way to properly preserve your most precious pieces of jewelry and their value!

Additionally, our laser welds with 14K Gold (NEVER SOLDER), preserving the integrity of your jewelry. Laser welding allows Steve to work on antique, vintage and intricate jewelry that would otherwise be impossible to repair when soldering with a traditional torch.

SERVICES: Ring Sizing, Clasp Repair, Broken Chains/Necklaces/Bracelets, Custom Work, Gemstone and Diamond Replacement, Polishing, Buffing, Ring Cutting (Steve is extra gentle!), Watch Batteries and more. When in doubt…bring it in! You’d be surprised what Steve has repaired—everything from broken Christmas ornaments, priceless family heirlooms, lamps, and even garage door openers!

OUR REPAIR GUARANTEE: On-site, quality workmanship you can trust with a quick turn-around time. Rest assured that your jewelry is safe with us…unlike many jewelry stores that send jewelry off-site to be repaired, your jewelry will NEVER leave our store!

INSPECTION: Prongs and stones should be checked at least twice a year to ensure they are in good condition and to prevent stone loss. At Artisan Jewelers we provide complimentary jewelry cleaning and inspection!

BUY & TRADE: We purchase gold, silver, and gemstones! Bring us your unworn, unwanted, or inherited pieces and walk away with cash!

WITH OUR COMPLIMENTS: Our jewelry will arrive in a gift box, ready for impressive gift giving!
